At Suunaar, we are committed to delivering jewellery that meets high standards of quality, finish, and presentation. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Return and Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in the rare case that a product is received in a damaged condition.
If you receive a damaged item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please share clear images or a short video showing the issue so our team can review and process your request quickly.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item. If the exact design is not available, you will be offered either a similar product of equal value or a refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging along with all included materials.
Important Conditions
Products damaged due to misuse, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper handling will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences and will not be considered a defect.
Requests made after the 24 hour window of delivery may not be accepted.
Delivery charges are non refundable.
